The behavior was a direct consequence of bad officiating. Once you let them be out there basically fighting each other and not calling anything emotions are bound to rise and that happens.
Hmm I kinda have a different pov. Most wbb programs operate at a loss. Especially when the coaching staff salary is as high as LSU. However, what’s not in that article is the eyeballs and national press they’ve brought to the university. So technically the checks are cashing, but in a number of...
That was a huge problem. It’s the lack of composure. Because we nearly took the lead and LSU regained composure and scored what seemed like an absurd amount in no time. It’s crazy that we lost by 15 when in the 4th quarter it was a one point game.
Like Kim said, the post players on both sides pretty much neutralized each other, guard play is what won the game and we just didn’t have anyone who could close this out.
That to me is the worst tactic because percentage wise she’s the best 3 point shooter they have. So if you just let her do her thing, she’s gonna make you pay.

Idk maybe I saw the auburn game and got my hopes up too much. I genuinely thought since we gave SC a run for their money, with a week off we would fix those lapses and pull a win against LSU.
Honestly I’m actually shocked we lost. I thought them playing their 3rd game in 7 days (2 on the road), and having home court advantage would help lift us over them. We gotta get that mental toughness.
HVL is back. Her shots are now starting to slightly fall and she’s averaging about 5 assts per game. If she keeps on evolving she may be big for them down the line.
