    NCAA panel recommends marijuana be dropped from banned substance list

    Banned substance or not, it's still illegal in most states. Lifting it from a banned substance list isn't going to help the ones who get caught with it on their person by a police officer. We need to stop placating 18-24 year olds just because they are good at sports.
