If 5 schools and their fans all feel they have a shot, isn't that the definition of "playing around?"

In my opinion, only if he has intentionally/blatantly conducted himself in a way to make all 5 schools feel like he's theirs to lose. There may be 5 schools that feel they have a shot, but none of them feels like they are the overwhelming favorite.

Then that would be straight up lying, which I'm glad he isn't doing. I do think he is playing around a little with the NSD announcement and all the Twitter stuff, which is fine, let him enjoy his time in the spotlight if that's what he wants.

Here's a conspiracy theory for you guys. It may have been mentioned before but I'm thinking he's a silent commit. Look at how this class has taken shape so far. Pretty much all our big commits we got during the season were silent commits LONG before they made it official. I think this is that exclamation point on this class. The proverbial "big fish" on signing day. Butch and staff knows that the image of the programs means a lot and if we close with a elite prospect on signing day that nobody outside of volnation thought had a chance then it does a lot for the image of the program. Not only that but we get a guy that is uber talented and will be able to step in right away and have a huge impact on our program. Some may say I'm crazy as there really isn't any hard evidence for this but there is circumstantial evidence like 2 visits to UT and I'm sure others could bring up some other stuff as well. I may be wrong but I do know this, I'll bump the S*** out of this post if I'm right.

Which is what some of these kids do, and why I have more respect for AJ then some of the others who have left UT at the alter on signing day.

Has a SC feel atp. If he takes that final ov there game...set...match.

I agree, unfortunately. It seems like the past few years when USCjr really wants a recruit they somehow get in their head and stay there. Especially with Carolina recruits.

Florida's side says they think they are falling and it's going to be USC. His Aunt wants him to stay with her. The family is supposed to be moving to where he ends up at, and there's rumors that they are being led to believe life would be much better for them in Southern California...

That's what insiders over there are saying atleast. Better there than at Florida for us, but I still want him here, he could be an impact player from day 1

If the family is considering moving to socal, that is a game changer imo. Sounds like a booster stepped up and offered them a job.

Everybody is moving out of California and into other states right now. Especially businesses. Someone ought to tell them about that. Plus, California is pretty much a desert wasteland infested with wildfires and earthquakes nestled beside an ocean filled with man-eating sharks.

Southern California is definitely no West TN, but it's livable.

It went from Lsu being the Leader, Then Ut's staff said they felt like UCLA was leading the race, Then Florida felt like they would win the AJ sweepstakes. We had our dark horse moments and us being the favorite. Now it's back to the people closest to him telling him to stay close.. With every new day it's a new leader....

Sounds like Malone... New favorite all the time but we were always the constant.

Florida's oceans are also filled with man-eating sharks. Better not go there either

We have never been the favorite... IMO that UCLA stuff wasn't true and was out of left field

Parts of it are livable. You might as well be on the moon for a lot of it though. They have dirt farms in SoCal. You have to get decent soil from a mine to lay out a subdivision or project in parts of it. Forget that. On one side of the mountains it is temperate and nice. Go 15 minutes on the other side and it is a desert wasteland and suffocating "dry" heat. lol. On the good side it is beautiful, and crammed with people and traffic. A 2 hour commute one way to work is fairly normal for a lot of folks. Then add in Gov. Moonbeam and all of the fruits and nuts in their politics, horrible taxes, high cost of living, etc.

Give me TN and east TN everyday of the week.
