I hope Peyton Manning...

I hope Peyton sticks a football down that huge mouth of Sherman's. What a tool. I despise people like him--no class, it's all about 'look at me', not about about team and good sportsmanship. Did I say 'no class'?

Way to cut him off, Erin.

Someone on here a few days ago stated Jones jumping and chest bumping with players was ignorant and used the phrase "act like you've been there before" instead of celebrating that way. That interview is the perfect spot to stop his loud mouth and say...."act like you've been here before guy!"

I hope they ignore that fat jerk Christie during the game - all the $$$$ those NY teams have, a retractable roof could have been installed when they built it, then they wouldve gotten alot more venues (Dallas, Detroit, Houston etc)

Yeah, I hate fat people, too. Good point.

Surprisingly, I disagree with several here. I've been waiting for years for the Superbowl to be played in an environment where the weather plays a key role in the game. It's the freakin Superbowl, I want to see the toughest, roughest game of the year. Only thing better would be if it snowed or something.

I disagree. It could make for am unwatchable game. I like the beautiful weather and the actual best team winning the contest. I am hoping for a disaster with the weather and this to never happen again.

You know, you wouldn't even have had to have been here before to act like you have a little breeding and upbringing. At least think of your parents!!

For goodness sakes, there's no spontaneity in choreographed dancing after a tackle and all this stuff. If Manning makes a good play, he moves on to the next. What's up with all this low class behavior from supposedly grown men?

Makes for an arguement about the SEC title game - why the Georgia Dome every season ?

The Seattle fans were even throwing food at Bowman as he was being taken off the field....stay classy Seattle.

You obviously know nothing about Sherman what so ever.

As a Packers fan who is still angered over the Fail Mary, I am 100% hoping that the Seahawks are exposed as the good-but-not-great team that they are without CenturyLink at their aid.

Also, I hope bad things happen to Golden Tate.

I am wanting to go to the Super Bowl and have been trying to find tickets several different ways. Does anyone on VolNation know of anyone that has tickets for sale or know someway of getting some reasonably priced, or have connections to get some? Thanks to all.

Correct. It's too bad that they erroneously ruled it as a touchdown, even though there was (1) a blatantly missed game-ending penalty, and (2) no true possession on the part of the receiver who "don't know what you talking bout"

They made the right call and the penalty is never going to be called on that play ever

Have been checking on all of the websites. Was hoping someone may know someone personally. Guess if I have to I may go through this website. If anyone has a good connection on getting some tickets cheaper than the $2500-2700 please let me know. This is on my bucket list to see Peyton in a Super Bowl. Thanks again

They made two wrong calls and there's no way that you DON'T call such an egregious shove for offensive PI.

And Tate never had more possession of the ball than Jennings. Not even close. Tate had an arm that kinda touched the ball. Jennings had total control.

This isn't even an "agree to disagree" moment. It's an "I'm right and you're not" moment. Sorry bud.

Depends on how the zebras call it.
Yep. Seattle had the Ref's in their back pocket all game long. It appeared that the ref's were trying to make it look obvious. I'm starting to believe there just might be something behind all the claims that "The fix is in." After seeing a Punter nearly have his ankle snapped in half, and they only call a 5yd penalty, and then Bowman recover a fumble and maintain possession even though his knee is getting shredded in the process. Those clowns should all be fired and banned from officiating in the League ever again.

It was worse than the end of the SB last year...no, I'm not a SF fan. I just hated Seattle for their arrogant and loudmouthed players. I guarantee you, if Sherman is playing for Belichick, he keeps his mouth in check.

I'd rather watch it on a big flat screen and give the $2700 to a good charity like a Pet Rescue (they do some really good work...and there are so many idiots out there abandoning their dogs if not mistreating them), or cancer treatment hospital for kids (like St. Jude)...cause when that bucket comes around, you'll have a lot more in your acct. than if you watched Peyton in a SB. :)

...makes Richard Sherman and the Seattle defense look like fools. Without a doubt the Seahawks have an incredible defense. But I have really grown to hate Richard Sherman as a person. And I hope Peyton Manning and his receivers knock these young, self-centered, egotistical guys off their high horse.

Mods move if you feel it belongs in a different football forum. Just needed to vent for a minute.

I wish UTs defense acted exactly like Richard Sherman.

Its their most hated rival for Gods sake......You wouldnt be saying the same thing if a UT player talked trash about Florida

I'm pretty sure I know all I need to. Just another in a long line of fools who have pranced on before him. No great depth behind those glazed eyes.

He will eventually pull a Rodman and say or do something on live TV that will get him ostracized. I don't care if he went to Stanford. They must have their own version of Peabody a la Vanderbilt.

And yet if the Bronco defense played this way, you'd laud them loud and long. Sure I want our Volgod's team to win. Because he's too classy to use fault finding as an excuse if he doesn't. Seahawk play is nothing new. Many great defenses did the same thing. The great Cowboy defenses of the late 1960's and early 70's. The periodic Chicago Bears defenses of yore, and the Philadelphia units a few decades ago, not to mention the furious Rams defenses of the Deacon Jones-Merlin Orson years. Then there were the Vikings Purple People Eaters. The Baltimore Colts of that era had bad guys, one was a guy named Curtis. He literally tried to remove people's heads, literally. They all had the attitude of, "We're going to hurt you and if your mom steps onto the field, we'll kill her for giving birth to you."

If the Broncs were playing this way and got away with it, you'd defend them. Now go ahead and deny it. Me? I'm less concerned about the DBs and CBs than I am about the blitzing LBs and DL. I don't think Pey is going to have a lot of time. But he's one smart cookie, he'll probably just switch strategy and nickle and dime them into shocked submission. He made a liar out of me by beating the dangerous Pats, I'd like him to do it again with Seattle. Go Pey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
