it's about 30-40mi away but wouldn't be a big deal. We've actually found a few houses that way while looking but they're too far from my current job. We could possibly get one now

I was at the mill for 10yrs. I felt the same way. Almost 7yrs later, I still don't miss it at all. Took less money, but without the stress and crazy work schedule.

Nice. Our fireplace is wood burning too. Tony would like to convert it to gas, but it's just not the same to me.
