To those criticizing the kid and calling his character into account for extending his recruiting:

Glass houses, my friends. The fact that your patience is being tested by a 17 year old stranger is just as indicative of one's personality.

Hasn't he been looking at these 6 all along? He has taken an OV to 4.

Don't get me wrong, it's great we are in the conversation but it just doesn't seem to be news.

hes not extending his recruiting. from day 1 he said he would decide on NSD

Meh, he is 17 and enjoying the attention. Nothing wrong with that. For most it will never happen again for them. So few actually make it to the next level.

of course hes been looking at those 6 all along. thats why they made his top schools. he just eliminated FSU and Oregon (who was possibly going to get his last OV). Illinois was also in talk for a while. its not like recruits are really considering 20+ schools. most kids look at around 10 schools.

My guess is it's going to be a LSU/UF battle with Tenn/Okla/UCLA one the outside looking in. I'm not sure USC is a factor anymore after reading up on him it sounds like he hasn't had much, if any, contact with the new Sark staff yet (besides Tee). Should be interesting to see who gets the in-home visits. TN has a shot if we can convince him to buy into our track program, which is very feasible. A full court press by Butch and co would breathe some life back into recruitment, as well. It's gonna be a fun month to watch. I'm sure the kid is gonna make it an exciting buildup to his announcement, regardless of who we feel is going to land him.
