'14 JUCO DT Davonte Lambert (Auburn Commit 12/18/13)

Luck had everything to do with stoerner making a mistake he'd never made his whole life at the exact second we needed hm to. UT did nothing to cause that beneficial occurrence, which is the definition of luck.

It doesn't matter if he never made that mistake before. The fact is he made it then and it was a bad play. Of course you obviously have not examined the game closely.

Agree to disagree. We all have our opinions and mine is luck doesn't exist.

Fair enough..but the quote" Its better to be lucky than good" was said for a reason and no better quote when it comes to sports. The Stoerner fumble was absolute luck. The playd leading up to it, the down, time left in the game, certain area of the field, too many things led up to luck in that. Just like the luck Ala had with Rich Rod changing his mind and they got Saban after being turned down. Not to mention Ala got lucky two yrs in a row with so many teams needing to lose for them to get to the NC game.

Can't afford to lose any DT's no matter how good the rest of the class is. When we start recruiting well here, sec championships will follow

We still had to score to win. That wasn't luck. We turned the ball over on downs the posession before.

Was there in person.

Ratliff knocked the hell out of the arky ol ... The guy that later died in a car accident I believe.. He stumbled back and stepped on Stoerner because of Ratliff

Going to be a tiger then.

Not going to be surprised to hear the VQ guys saying he isn't reachable or he is very short with them after the visit today

Come on, Bruin. I'm not totally confident myself but to say for sure he is gonna be a Tiger is jumping the gun a bit. Butch has proved he can close with recruits, hence Josh Malone.

This would be a huge loss. This would be the equivalent of a national signing day flip. Him being an EE and all and monster position of need.

Rivals said he wasn't flipping just a few days ago

Now they are giving it a decent shot.

He is now saying his inhome with auburn went very well and a final decision is Wednesday after all week saying he was a vol.

Sounds like a hell of a lot of reason to worry to me

It will be interesting to see what he tells VQ. Like I posted it won't surprise me if he isn't reachable
