This is the part I thought the state attorney did a horrible job with today.

He told us that there were two men which immediately led me to discredited the women. However well after that statement he divulged that the 2nd DNA match was her boyfriends. Having sex with a boyfriend ealier in the evening certainly doesn't make the women a liar or a rape less likely.

He never explained more than about when those 2 encounters happened. I think that's key to the entire picture of he said she said.

The authorities involved are unprofessional, potentially corrupt idiots who should loose their jobs.

Despite that, it's time to move on. If he is innocent, the right outcome happened. If he is guilty, he can take it up with his maker.

SEC refs would have taken that touchdown away from Cincy. That's one place I hope to see improvement next year. Better officiating in the SEC.

Breaker, I like you, but there's absolutely no evidence whatsoever that she lied. The DA simply stated that there was not enough evidence they felt they could win a conviction. There's a big difference. A man could rape a female jogger at night, and there may still not be enough evidence to convict him. Rape is one of the most difficult crimes to prosecute given the fact that people are known to have consensual sex from time-to-time, or so I've heard.

Did you read the investigation? Wetzel has a summary. ALL the evidence points to it not being rape, including witnesses. No bruising, no drugs, multiple dna taken from her. All you people demanding proof of his innocence have literally 0 evidence of guilt. So, yes, all the evidence says she lied.

So all you have to go on is an accusation, but you're obviously bent toward assuming he's guilty if you're demanding proof of his innocence.

You obviously haven't read the report. Either it's a massive conspiracy at all levels in the Florida justice system, or she lied.

You jumped on me bro, you jumped on me. I didn't post anything regarding whether or not Winston was guilty. I simply don't like people questioning a woman in such a case. Sure, she could be an *******, but maybe not. And yes, I read the report. :good!:
