Understand u have a strong opinion on this and i respect that, but it's just making people upset.

U've stated ur thinking on it, and everyone gets it. Time to just walk away from the subjuct

There were witnesses for one thing...

And since when does anyone need evidence to prove innocence? This chick slept with multiple men according to the rape kit. But of course the one who will soon be a millionaire is the only one she calls the cops on. Why are you so convinced of his guilt? Kid has a spotless record.

The biggest problem I have is this. They were hollering that they believe the kid did it. Evidence comes out that she lied and now they won't say the man didn't do it. It's all there's more to it or he wouldn't have gotten charged anyways. What do you guys want a rape to have taken place? I mean give me a break.....

I know they do but it is ridiculous to label this girl as a football groupie without knowing anything specific about it. The State attorney didn't say he never did it. He said he didn't have enough to get a conviction. Doesn't mean he didn't do it and doesn't mean she's some groupie.

You gotta be a POS to quickly generalize a female in that category without truly knowing a damn thing. Never mind the fact that she reported it when he was irrelevant to the football world. Never mind the fact that the TPD botched the investigation. You're too simple minded for that.

Yep. She had some issues with memory which is perfectly normal when something traumatic happens to a person and a long period of time has passed.

I really don't want to get caught up in this discussion. But this whole bit about her doing it because he was going to be a millionaire is kind of weak. She gave his name last year well before he ever stepped foot on the football field.

The real problem here is that the police didn't do their job last December. If they had then this could have been better for everyone.

I'm not gonna lie, I don't always have time to post, but I have to stay up to date in this thread or I feel like I'm missing something. Like jay said, you know everything that's going on with Vol football as well as recruiting right here.

I haven't been on twitter since the thread was started bc all I used it for was to see everything that's now in that thread. I admit, I get excited every time I see that thread bumped lol. :rock:

Thanks to Wu, OCI, Leb, Ron, TriCities, and the many others I'm forgetting, you know who you are(sry, memory sucks), for keeping the commits/targets, recruiting rankings, and all the other individual threads updated like y'all do. :salute:

POA, the runaway rookie of the year winner, big thanks to you as well for taking the time to do the weekly recruiting update threads every Monday, which may not be possible without the help of the above mentioned and others. For someone like me who hasn't been able to keep up with each individual recruit as much as I did in the past that thread has been great. I'm quite sure it has been helpful to a lot of others also. :eek:k:

We have our agreements and disagreements, but in the end we're all VFL's (well, mostly) and we all have the same thing in common, our passion for the Big Orange. I think this forum represents more of what the real UT fan base is about. I often feel embarrassed by some of the stupid comments and overblown reactions that come out of the FF. Here, not so much.

Thanks again to everyone that contributes to my addiction to this site lol. It's very much appreciated. I've spent many hours on this site through some good times and even more bad times like many of you have and I still enjoy it. Just think how fun it's gonna be these next few years (hopefully) when there are so many more good times than bad.

Lastly, once/if we make it back to the top, let's not forget these last 6 or so years and how far we've actually fallen. Let's not take it for granted anymore (like what bammers seem to be doing since saban got there). When/if we get there, let's try to remember yesterday(12/4/13). Remember the feeling you had when our 2nd 5* instate recruit, in an already star studded class, committed to UT. Remember that feeling of disbelief, excitement, and realization that we are finally rising from the basement of the SEC despite only winning 5 games again this season. We don't belong there, and although I hope to not see it again, I know I won't forget what the bottom feels like. I hope none of you do either. V,B! GBO! VFL!

I'm not puting an opinion on the subject period. Positive or Negative. It's just too touchy of a subject and something no one actually knows the complete truth on.

All I'm sayin is maybe it's time to move on from talking about it on here.

To be fair, close friends or family members almost never believe that THEIR angel can be wrong or do something bad. Even more, he doesn't have to be a bad guy, he could've got drunk and done it or simply made a mistake.

bad choice =/= bad person

and just because you perceive him as a good person doesn't make him one either.

Whether he did it or not doesn't matter, but to say he for sure didn't do it because his character is too high? Bull ****, and nothing more.

I, for one, and am pretty damn sure nobody else, ever said we thought he did it for certain(if I did, show me). Unlike you, who said matter of factly, she's full of shat and nothing but a money grabbing ho. You have/had zero proof (knowing a family member doesn't count either, sry) of what she did or didn't do or what he did or didn't do. ZERO! Neither do I. None of us do. Period.

The only one who was saying the girl or Winston was for sure 100% guilty was you and it's like you want us to apologize to you or something. Please lol. All I did was ask you how the heck you couldn't even consider that he may have actually done something wrong to that girl (regardless of whatever one of his cousin's or whoever tells you ab him). I damn sure considered she is a money hungry ho. You don't think there's any way fsu, their big money boosters, high ranking state attorneys, ect could have pulled whatever strings they had to behind the scenes to keep their star qb on the #1 team eligible to go on and win the heisman and play for a NC, which would bring in hundreds of millions of dollars to the school? Yeah, right.

None of us have insinuated that we thought Winston was guilty, much less straight up say that we thought he was. You're the only one doing what you're accusing us of.

Actually USC insiders say that Peterson flopped in his interview. They said that his responses and his pitch were really bad.

Proof is he's innocent. Proof is she had more than one semen sample in her. She's also apart of the group of girls that call themselves the FSUCLEATCHASERS. But I guess that's not proof.

And another thing I was right and I'm extremely glad I was. Don't want a kid to rape anyone or be convicted of charges that aren't the truth.
