I do wonder how Josh Dobbs feels about this situation? "Hey, we got an elite WR for you to throw to but to get him, we had to show him an hour and a half of film of a QB that wasn't you and convince him that THAT is who would be throwing to him."
For the record, Josh did call Butch Jones last night and tell him his intentions.
Dobbs has something that Ferguson doesn't at this point...playing experience in the SEC. While the starting QB competition next year will be fierce, I think right now Dobbs has to like his chances as does Worley.
Malone is not the athlete Hunter was, but I'd say he has better hands and routes and blocking ability, in my amateur opinion.
Hunter was close to Olympic level athlete, don't see many of those.
Can't remember who said it, lou Holtz I think, but several other coaches agreed when he said experience is far and away the most worthless factor in determining who to start, in any occupation. Talent should be the only factor. If you bench talent in favor of experience, your talent will never get experience and you'll never reach your team potential.
