Even some of Vonn's family members and girlfriend thought he was picking UT up until he didn't, IIRC. Questioning someone's credibility in cases like Vonn Bell is stupid, IMO. It's recruiting, sht happens and things change. If you haven't noticed that by now you never will.

What about him claiming that Tee Martin was taking the job. I understand things change, but he's been wrong more than he's been right. He is not an insider, and it is sad that so many on here haven't figured that out yet.

My personal policy is to take any "insider's" info with a grain of salt. Doesn't mean I don't believe them or get excited when they say something. I just tell myself they may not have the complete information, so their information can easily turn out to be wrong.

He never said he was taking the job. He said "Tee is coming home". He did come home, for an interview. No one had even broken that news yet. You can read as much into it as you would like.

That was when I quit paying attention to his posts. Not because Tee didn't take the job, as things do change and even someone with great sources can be wrong sometimes. But because he then tried to claim he never said Tee was taking the job, and that what he meant by his breathless "Tee is coming home" post was merely that Tee was "coming home" to interview, which he in fact did. Beyond lame, to say the least.

This is how everyone should follow recruiting. You are very wise. The info haters are the worst.
