Couldn't have picked a better game to come to. Absolutely heartbreaking though. It's alright Eric. My bro and I sat there for awhile too.

There's absolutely nothing to blame this game on. We played hard. We were incredibly resilient. We completely out coached and out played them the second half. We were winning with less that 10 seconds left on the clock. We were half a yard from being up 7 in overtime. In complete control.

So proud of this team.

Every tweeter needs to tweet at Pig and tell him to keep his head up. He made plays all game, kept us in it, and just about won it for us. He's going to be beating himself up about it still though. Let him know how proud of him we are.

Man...this one hurts..

Richt did have to make a change in his gameplan. Amazing job by Butch, but Marshall and the others getting injured really hurt them.

Ron, I agree but a win is a win. They won the game and their goals are very much alive and in front of them. I was stating I can remember GA getting their tail kicked for many years by TN. Now a win of any type isn't appreciated.

Well. I had to be alone for a while at the house after that one. After we scored that last td I just knew we had the win. This one hurts. But. I rather an ot thriller than a blowout. We took some major steps. Here's to hoping we take down the cocks. I can't wait till we start whooping teams again

All I ask is that the team build off this. We can hang with South Carolina if we execute like we did in the 2nd half.

The groundswell of positive support for this team on twitter is really encouraging.

I think they feel like this fan base is proud of them for the first time in a while.

I think that support can bound this team even tighter, and create an atmosphere for USCjr thats unreal.

Thanks to a weather warning I missed it live.

Not gonna lie, I'm not sure how there was enough there to overturn a TD call.

Maybe there were better angles than the one I am looking at in slo mo

It is not like UGA played horribly. They had 0 turnovers and executed throughout. We just punched back and never quit. I really believe we learned how to fight for 4 quarters tonight.

I sat right behind a lot of the recruits and they seemed really into it for the most part.

Play calling was ballsy I really enjoyed it.

Pig Howard fumble was just bad luck. Can't blame the kid for going for the TD there. Even if he doesn't get in the end zone there I think we put it in the next play. OLine appeared to dominate all game.

Offensive execution seemed better than any game all season. Worley looked good in the second half.

Fans were pumped. Team got an ovation coming off the field. No boos. Hoping that out on a show for the recruits.

I have had many many beers today but I can't be the only one who still has a smile on their face, right? I hated losing and that hurt and still hurts. But seeing our boys fight like hell and almost pull off the upset, taking the #6 team to OT, makes me feel so good for the future. I'm grinning ear to ear. Is it the beer or is anyone sober with me on this?

This team has taken huge strides. Imagine Butch with 2-3 full recruiting classes under his belt.

That's what hurts the most about the pig fumble. I get making the effort to score, but if he protects. It's 3rd down from the 1. I know we would have put it in. Still, don't blame pig, I would have done the same thing. Of course, I probably would have not been able to make the edge in the first place

Cam Sutton is the real damn deal. Absolutely eliminates one side of field. Will pay dividends against S. Carolina and Vandy.

Neal is quietly having a great senior year.

O-line redeemed themselves.

Love the freshmen on this team.

I am starting to love the young WR's.

The D is a breath of fresh air over last year.

Kicking game and special teams have improved in all aspects.

Vereen is a mean sob.

Butch played to win!

Haven't read any of the commentary over the last few hours, as I got to witness our boys play their hearts out in person. What a game!! Our boys matured big time tonight, and our offense took big steps forward. Proud of Worley for making down huge throws!! Disappointed as I really thought we were gonna pull the shocker. I hope all of you are as proud of team 117 as I am. Georgia played a clean game and we still went toe to toe with them with the chance to win. Defense played huge, and our offense grew up. Can't say enough good things about today. Last thing that you didn't see on tv...our fans gave our team a standing ovation as they left the field. Neyland hasn't rocked like that for a whole game in a very long time. We are getting closer, fellas! GO VOLS!!

Most thought we'd lose by 15, 20, or even 42. We took a team that most said might be better than Bama, and would be playing for the BCS title, to OT, and minus a mistake reaching for the end zone, we might have won. Devastated? wow.

I'm pumped! I bet those recruits are too. WAY TO GO, BOYS! We'll get them next year. And for the cocks coming to Neyland next week, you're going down. Can't stop it, sorry. GBO!
