I have seen things of that sort and see your point, but to be raped by 4 different guys and left with a sex toy hanging out your a**, that's a lot of damn alcohol. Good grief!!

Seventh text Boyd to Batey: Nah she doesn’t anything that happened but she passed out in Vandenburg’s bed. Me Carta (Vanderbilt starting QB) and van der Wal (Vanderbilt TE) and Vanderburg helped us move her out the hallway.

That's Boyd talking. ACS helped Boyd and Vanderwall and Vandenberg move the girl into the hall after the rape.

Read the entire account. It should say "out of the hallway". They placed her into the bed and left it says

There is another part that clarifies. I can't attached for some reason

You're right but I thought I read in an earlier article that someone saw Vanderburg and the girl right before they left the bar and the girl was still conscious(someone correct me if I'm wrong). If this is true, It's also possible, imo, that Vanderburg could've slipped something into her last drink after they decided they were about to leave. I guess she could've still passed out on the way home, who knows.

No, that's Boyd talking. Boyd got there after everything was done. BOYD and company, including ACS, moved her, whether in or or out of the hallway doesn't matter. The rape has happened by the time Boyd got there, and ACS and Boyd helped cover it up after it was done.

I don't think you are reading it correctly but regardless moving a drunk girl into a dorm room isn't concealing a rape unless it can proven they knew what had happened. I see nothing saying anybody knew other than Boyd

I quoted it directly. Boyd got call from VB bragging about the rape. Boyd went to VB dorm. Boyd helps move the girl with the help of 3 others including ACS. Boyd gets kicked off team. Nothing happens to ACS. The text from Boyd to Beaty says Boyd and ACS moved the girl AFTER Boyd got text/call bragging about the rape.

Unless some crazy unrealistic scenario happened where VB told Boyd but not ACS while they moved the body, ACS is just as guilty as Boyd. Neither were present during the rape, both were present to move the body after. How could he not know?

Ok. So looks like the victim was in the room then in the hallway and back into the room. Very odd timeline.

How could they not know??? Wouldn't hold up in court. It could easily be argued they stumbled upon a drunk girl in the hallway and helped get her into bed.

They likely knew but no one can prove it

I'm guessing all this happened while the towel Vanderburg put over the camera was still up? Or do they have video of any of the other things stated?

Boyd wasn't there until VB told him about the rape. VB had him come over after the fact. ACS came over after the fact. Pull ACS texts and I guarantee you VB texted him too. No way Boyd knows there was a rape, he and ACS move the body after, but ACS doesn't know there was a rape.

I'm also wondering how the heck she went from a room to the hallway (still not fully clothed) and then back to room. Just crazy. I wanna know if ANY of this crap was caught on the hallway camera or not.

I really hope ALL the details come out sooner or later. Although I feel very sorry for the poor girl when/if it all comes out.

Still a lot of questions. Who all was doing the cocaine besides Vanderburg? If the girl who was with him all night was doing it too it'd be hard for her to pass out without being drugged with something. You usually don't pass out after doing cocaine. It's the exact opposite, making you wide awake.

Of course I've never tried cocaine. Just know from other people's experiences :)

Well that text from Boyd saying ACS helped move her after the rape is a start. I'm sure that's enough to get his texts subpoenas, and the other defendants' stories, especially VB, will provide the rest. There are at least three more versions we haven't heard, Boyd is the only one who's talked so far.

I agree that should surely be enough for text messages to be supoened without them though that kid is in the clear IMO
