It's fair to discuss, but to drive it in the effing ground makes it seem like your more upset than happy. To answer (i think) all your questions.

1. This offense can work in the SEC. CBJ runs 50/50. That's more than enough to keep the LBers honest.

2. Worley's arm is not in question. Tim brought up mph. It was the 1st game, dammit and it still counts that he was 11-13.

3. We will never have the whole 2nd team O or D in at the same time unless it's a blowout. Otherwise they'll be sprinkled in and most boats rise in high tide.

4. More positives than negatives came out of this. We beat a team like we were supposed to. We have depth issues, but we aren't predicting a BCS bowl so I thought that was factored in.

Yep. Butch was right that the team speed and basically just the playmakers on special teams aren't where we need to be. Shall get there.

I actually liked JW's game. Aside from the timing with the receivers he should be alright in this system. I do wonder if he can be successful with the zone read with the big boys. A couple times a game to make the defense think maybe.

But I'm pretty sure they had a power run game even though it was a spread style. Similar to what CBJ wants. That's why I could see it working. Where as the UF flying Teblows had an edge run game. And they did have the 4.3 RBs to pull it off, but without that it could be problems. Similar to Oregon....they require 4.3 guys in their edge run style. IMO that Oklahoma team could have had a slow 240lb bruiser and still made it work. I think the same could be said about our system. Not so sure about the old UF spread.

They had Quentin Griffin an itty bitty back running the ball. He was 180 at the most. Oregon guys usually aren't as fast as some think. James, Stewart, and Thomas are the only true speedsters. Barner was just a great back. The pace of that offense will make a true 4.5 guy look extremely fast.

Worley did throw behind his receivers, but every pass he threw was catchable. North dropped one and another was broken up.

I think he's going to be much more reliable than Bray. He already seems to read through his progressions more and won't take as many shots down the field when it isn't there.

A young receiver not running the correct depth in the route according to the head coach. That's for the Worley haters out there.

1. Yes. Heisman QB obviously helps.

3. I thought I saw BB say 2nd framers will play, just not as a unit.

Griffin! I couldn't remember his name. Yes he was small but didn't play small. Very much Darren Sproles-esque. Dude was awesome. I'm pretty sure they had a bigger back to offset him. I don't know it's been a long time. Just seems like I remember that being a north and south running style. And keep in mind, I said they COULD have used a bigger back in their system.

Good skill players will still get separation. As long as your QB has good timing and command of the offense, an elite arm isn't necessary. Just like any system, this system takes good players to win at a high level in the SEC.

I just think windows are smaller depending on defensive style and talent of the secondary
