1. Which QB has the strongest arm?
2. Which QB has the best wheels?
3. IYO will Worley be the starter all year?
4. Will the freshman see the field?
5. When teams stack the box to stop the run to force Worley to beat them, can he?
6. Of the 2 freshman, who will be the best?
7. Of the 4, who, if any, are better than Ainge?
1. Probably Ferguson
2. Dobbs is the most elusive, none of them are burners
3. I don't know. I think that depends on how he plays. He has to deliver the ball to guys in a position for them to go make yards after the catch. Something he didn't do well with Saturday night.
4. I think odds are you will probably see one of them.
5. I don't know. He has to go make the throws. His receivers have to get open. They haven't made enough plays in the passing game this pre-season.
6. Again, you are asking me to predict the future and I can't. I think both bring good qualities to the position. Now, who gets better when they are not getting a bunch of reps and you are game palnning and you have school, etc.
7. None of them throw the ball the way Erik can/could.

Didn't like the answer to the Ainge question. I tended to think Ainge was better than folks gave him credit for...but I was hoping one of those guys (freshmen) would best him.
That's not a perception its reality. Doesn't mean that someone saying Strong turning down the job somehow makes things worse. Believe it or not no one is thinking about UT but us fans. Who sits around taking issue with what an announcer says about Strong and UT? They need to get over it and watch the game.

The only thing concerning was Worley not hitting North on the deep ball the other night. Or the other pass where if he led North, it would have been 6 again. What else would be concerning?
You asked what else was concerning. Was just going solely off what your post said. My fault.
Can you read? WR's have trouble getting open. A QB who is as inconsistent as his WR's. Two Freshmen who aren't any better than Ainge. A group of 4 QB's who run read option that don't have great speed.
If you're not at least a little concerned, you're fooling yourself.

Ohhh my bad. I see where you're coming from now. I was meaning for catbone to answer what else would be concerning about what Hubbs said. Yes, that is definitely a concern. We dis take our foot off the break a little, and only ran a handful of plays in the 2nd half, but we still should have put up more than 3 points
What's even more concerning is we got those 3 points as a result of a long kickoff return.
Taking the foot off the break to me means you play alot of younger guys that are not going to get to see the field much and tell them to continue to play hard and work on progressing. Regardless if this was the case its concerning. If he told the second and third string to go in there and tear em up, we sure looked horrible doing it. If he told them to go in there and take it easy on them at the start of the second half, I really don't like that approach and am not confident in our HC for the future with that kind of mentality.
I think its number one, and we have some extremely concerning depth issues.
Go home man, you're drunk
Just because the 2 freshmen don't have an arm like EA doesn't mean they won't be better. You don't need great speed to run a good read option. You need good reads, good fakes, and somewhat decent mobility. Speed is just a bonus. Your other points I completely agreeCan you read?

Nope. I just don't think throwing an entire half of football away and not working on getting your second and third stringers better is something a good football coach would do.
I dont think this is what happened by the way and already said that.
IMO we should never schedule AP or anyone of their caliber ever again in football.
