Certainly. And he does a really good job with the best roster in the country.
I like the Marcus Jackson news. Really hope it works out.
For the following two years, having Jackson and Weismann at guard sounds awesome. Especially if we can pull Blair and have him at LT for those two years as well.

Hmmm... Something about to break over Bama?
@LarsAndersonSI: Still looking like we're going to have a big, big Bama story in SI next week.... Updates to come.
@LarsAndersonSI: All I can say about the SI feature is this: I've worked very, very hard on it for over two months and Saban and Co. know it's coming.
@LarsAndersonSI: I honestly have no clue if Bama fans will like the piece or not, but if any of you don't think it's fair, then I will have failed.
@LarsAndersonSI: My covenant: Once I hear something tomorrow, I will try to sway my bosses at SI to allow me to break the news here. (#notgonnahappen)
I perused the thread for the Marcus Jackson news you referenced. Couldn't find it.
Could I have one of you fine people update me on this news? :hi:
If they can finagle it, they are going to try to get him a redshirt this year. That's why he didn't play Saturday.
He wants two years as a starter on the line and a RS this year is the way to make it happen.
On the expectation of a good APR for the 2nd Summer session.
"True they had a great spring semester and a great first session summer school semester. Not sure on second session, but indication is that it was going to be good."

I've been watching the UK/WKU game on ESPN 3. I'm in the second quarter (have to quit for the night). Here are my thoughts, for what they are worth:
-UK is really bad
-WKU seems to have Petrino's offense down, but so far I haven't seen a skill player on their side that scares me (other than possibly the RB, Andrews(?), although he appears slow).
-UK's offensive line consistently opens up massive running lanes. To this point, UK has put up a lot of yards on the ground
-WKU has a pretty stout looking OL that the announcers say is their strength - to this point in the game, UK hasn't gotten to the QB much
-lots of missed tackles and a few penalties from UK; and UK's defense is very slow.
-Andrews(?) from WKU is loose with the football, already has a fumble and I think I read he makes another later on. I can see why with the way he carries it
I'm curious if my impressions will change when I finish this later this week, but I'm not really worried about WKU. I think they will score some points on us, but I think we will wear them down with the run game (Neal may get another 150 this game; Lane could too) and probably pull away in the second half.
Of course, if we play as fired up as we did in the first quarter against APSU, I also wouldn't be surprised if we were up by two TDs or more at the half, to be honest.
