You have to do what works for you. I think he was just saying that was a good way to gauge your pace. I wouldn't ever be able to keep a conversation while I run I don't think. I like to push myself when I run and I go at the pace my body feels comfterable at.

I had Taziki's for lunch today. It's a Greek/Med. themed place. I had the roasted chicken salad sammich and there pimento cheese with pita bread as an app. The chicken salad was ok but the pimento cheese was awesome!!

I was born in Cleveland, my parents moved up to Knoxville when I was 6 months old. Still have family in Cleveland, Chattanooga, Old Fort, and Ocoee.

That is the ONLY thing I don't like about having season tickets. I miss all the coverage on those days. Worth it though, cause one of these days I won't be able to go to all the home games.

Yeah it's well worth the trade off to be at the home games. That's why I wish we could do the whole dish at the tailgate every time we go but the people that have a dish that tail gate with us don't always go and I am not getting dish just for that reason.
