Barnett is there now and has told his coach at BA that he may go ahead and commit this weekend. His coach is there helping with a camp. He is very very close and knows he wants to be a Vol.

You damn right he did! In 06' Lamar Woodley had 12 sacks, was a consensus All American, won the Lombardi Award...given to the best offensive or defensive lineman in the country period. I don't think people realize what a gem we have at DL coach in Stripling.

I almost orgasmed when I saw his resume, and his work. Both are elite. He's the best dline coach we've had for a long time. Football is won in the trenches.

I did notice that Woodley kinda bounced around DL-LB in his career. But then had that breakout year finally. I don't think it's unreasonable to think he might actually coach one of our guys up to a good season. Jaq. Smith, Corey Miller, Marlon Walls, and Mo Couch we're all HIGHLY touted guys coming out. I think he's gonna get one last stand out of a couple of these dudes.
