Well I'm speaking from a purely physics standpoint, because I know nothing about weather, but wouldn't humidity just be relative to pressure? I mean in higher pressure, you would need less water vapor to reach 100% humidity, but with all the rain water evaporating, it seems like the atmosphere would almost always be at around 100% humidity just after a storm.
