Absolutely amazing what this staff is doing so far. Haven't seen this much excitement or talent level of commits/recruits around the program since the mid 90's.

Is Cecil always from Florida or did he used to play in Orangeburg SC? I see some video's of him labeled from SC.

That article says he played varsity in FL in 8th grade, moved to SC w his mom for his freshman year, but moved back for soph.
