Mow it twice and mulch it down. Your yard will thank me. I used to bag mine and damn near killed it with kindness. Now I just mow it as high as I can, sometimes now over it again if it's high and let the rest take care of itself.

I have a ginormous pen oak so I know about leaves. This was yesterday.

Once I get it into shape, it wont be a problem. It has been so wet that it got away from me before I could mow it. I mow almost 4 acres so mowing it twice is out of the question. It will take us all day Saturday, but it will be in golf course form by sun down.

Some dude was *****ing about not being able to run because of his size. I called him out, and used your goals as an example.

You inspired someone today. Feel special.

Awesome. And trust me, getting moving at first was the hardest thing I ever did - fo realz. If this is a friend and you want to help, keep encouraging him. Even if he is bragging he did a 20 minute mile, some people that is what it takes.

Me, it took a picture someone took of me. I saw it and realized I was looking at a heart attack at 35.

I mow about an acre so I know a little of what you mean. Yard that size you need one of them big boy xmark's or something. A bagger is a nice option on occasion like your talking about too. Course when it's that high that takes forever since you're always dumping it.

He's turning 40 soon, and using that as his motivation. He's really limiting himself on what he thinks he can do.

Meh. I'm not that sensitive. Just fawking around.

Still getting the run around.

Sly, what bureaucratic stuff you dealing with?

I think it's over. It's been very difficult proving to Knox County that I live here so that I can register vehicles. Today, I showed a county clerk everything thing that I had amassed to date and he said, "All you need now, is this one last document signed and notarized". Got that one done this evening, so I'll see tomorrow. It's just been a difficult move due to all the red tape in establishing residency. I have never had this amount of problems before.

No more Mormons sly? I missed this.

It doesn't matter. There was a 450 pound dude coming in for a while to my gym. He walked for about 20-30 minutes at a 1.8 on the treadmill and got off winded like he ran a marathon. We treated it like he just won one when we talked to him. Sometimes that's what it takes.

I really think this Jbeard guy is a troll. I just don't know what he is getting at. I looked back through what I posted and I found I was a bit closed minded to one poster in that thread, but he is making it out as if I have been doggedly arguing every point.

He has one objective. You'll figure it out.

I have an extra wide treadmill to use my scooter on. After 20-30 min, I'm completely winded too.

Yup. Absolutely.

I dont have nor need a bagger. I have a 12 yea old. He doesnt like the raking part all that much, but he enjoys the part where we light it on fire and burn it.
