I remember the good old days when all you had to worry about was all out nuclear war. Nowadays, you have to worry about crazies shooting up schools and random acts of violence wherever you go. At least with nuclear war you knew pretty much everyone was a goner. Now you live in constant fear of having those you love ripped away from you. I'm not scared of death for myself, but the death of loved ones terrifies me. It just seems crazier now.
