Second blast is from the device sitting in front of the riot rail.

They also must have video of device sitting, unexploded, at the first blast site, since they have the video of the guy with his pants blown off running as soon as the explosion occurs. Would be odd not to have video of that drop as well.

In regards to the 1st bomb going off, I'm thinking that the bomb was further back in the crowd and not right next to the road like that box. I'm mobile and can't find a video of it going off but I seem to remember that the epicenter of the blast came from further back in the crowd and didn't explode right along the street where the runners were running. Am I just remembering wrong?

Edit: Just realized the package being shown is allegedly from the 2nd bomb going off and not the first.. Sorry carry on :)

No, you are remembering right. Happens a few feet from the wall (i.e., the wall of the building).

Maybe my tin foil is too thick, but I find it suspicious these photos are released soon after news broke about the Saudi that was deported, and now everybody is focused on these photos instead.

That is also the way I recall it.
It was behind the crowd and appeared to go straight up.

If this is all true I bet the have footage of both. If the first device was placed back into the crowd it's conceivable they won't have footage of the actual drop, only somebody entering the crowd with a black backpack then leaving without it.

Are they saying that, other than the two bombs detonated at the finish line, there were no more found? I thought it was pretty widely publicized that there was an "explosion" a few hours after the fact that was being reported as a 3rd bomb found that the police were detonating?

Yep, official line is only two devices and they were the two that exploded.
