Well said - I agree completely.

I'm not totally writing off this year, though. It can still be a fun year. I always enjoy watching us play and watching individual players develop. I just don't expect a whole lot in terms of big wins and a good record. It's a rebuilding year. As long as we do well enough to not have our record be a hindrance in recruiting, it's a good year IMO.

Wait...is that Chris Walker? If so, he looks much older than he did when we were neighbors in 2007 (granted I'm a little longer in the tooth myself).

Theory: CBJ, being the planner and fore-sighted recruiter that he is, saw that the talent level in Tennessee HS's was on the rise. He jumped all over it when we offered, knowing if he could build a fence, he's have SEC Championship talent on his backyard. That's the stuff that makes dynasties

Maybe stuff like this is always happening around big D1 programs, but with the absolute black hole of positive press our Vols have had for past several years, I will eat up every video like this that they put out. Great PR!

Who makes those VFL decisions? He was admitted and played ball yet someone wants to question his Vol status. If he's introduced on Monday Night Football and says Hutchinson College the same people would be crying that he didn't rep Tennessee.
