half a bowl of pork rinds then filled up with Chinese stir fry topped off with cheese.
That's with no rice or any starches.
 
that's what it is.. BBQ pork rinds has no carbs and no sugar. Chinese food I get is all meat,chicken onions peppers few shrimp.. You get Chinese plate to go and you can fix about 4 or 5 bowls of this during the week.... Its my carb diet I lost 60lbs last year eating this way no bread no sugar water only.. Taste real good and petty easy to fix.

For breakfast evey day I have bacon and eggs only.. I did gain some of that weight back now trying to start it again..
I know sounds weird but it works and it taste pretty good.. Lunches I grill up lots of meats and bratwurst I cut up burgers and bratwurst cheeze for lunches..You can buy this Walden Farms BBQ Sauce and Dressings from Kroger ask where it is not with reg stuff.. This has NO CARBS AND NO SUGAR and taste GREAT unbelievable good.

I do the same for soups, I get the low carb soups Campbell and Progresso I do the pork rinds 1/2 full in a bowl put a can of soup slice up a grilled bratwurst cook that and it is good and fills you up... Low Carbs low sugars...

Again sounds weird but it works.. Yall can tell I'm a little weird anyway..
