Money is not everything. If it was to be O.C. I could understand because I am sure he wants to climb the coaching tree and that would be a BIG JUMP IN PAY AND COACHING POSITION, but this looks almost lateral move. Jmo.

I agree that Jay should have been paid better, but this move sucks for us. I'm sorry but as far as coaching goes, VFL doesn't mean jack $hit. It's all about money.

If its higher , bruin was right . It's a business . Thought loyalty meant something though.

Everybody assumes it is for a higher salary. It will be interesting to see the 'real details' behind this move. Was it Salary? What is the actual position at FSU? Was this more about a mismatch with Graham and the current coaching staff? For now, it still doesn't make a lot of sense.

If Trooper does get burned at Auburn for something shady (not saying he will) it will take at least a year to a year and a half.... That would let us have one to two good classes with him... Plus his son and the Berry twins would be locks this year...

Well with him being a former vol and good coach this hurts but as a recruiter we could do allot better.think about it who has he brought in as the rb coach,a 4 star receiver and zero top rbs.
CBJ go get a good coach and great recruiter, don't bring in any more cincy guys either and we'll be fine
