I love mushrooms, but the slimy consistency of canned ones is unmistakable. I'd like to get more informed as to hunting native ones, but I'd likely end up a corpse in the woods.

Most likely. Did it go through a fence or was it open? I'm not watching.

We had an axle come off a truck at the dirt track down here two years ago. Killed a lady. They had no real safety precautions. Ppl pulled lawn chairs up around the track behind a tiny maybe 2 foot wall. I went once and told hubs no way was I ever going back.
