Guys I didn't want to say anything, so I've sat on this info since last night until I could confirm with my other source.

The deal has hit a snag. Apparently the eleventy million isn't going to be enough to cover the staffs salary. Gruden will not sign unless he gets the staff he wants and the money just isn't there right now. I'm not saying it's over, it's just not looking good atm.

Guys, I got new intel coming. It appears we have a photo of Gruden on campus! It's a little blurry but it is definitely him.
