No way Bray goes round 1. too many off the field issues, bad footwork and inconsistent play.

Bray will still be a NFL QB for years tho

I hear ya Jay. But a few years ago most people didn't think Tim Tebow would go before the 4th round and he went in the 1st. From then on I trust none of these draft experts.

What I know is Bray has the prototypical size and elite arm strength and accuracy throwing the ball. He's going to make the combine his btch. Wouldn't surprise me one bit to see some GM take a "risk" on Bray in the 1st round. But no way he falls to the 3rd. JMO

QB class is really weak. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see Bray go in the first. He's just as capable as Locker, Gabbert, Tebow, or Freeman - all recent first rounders.

Taking a QB with Red Flags is A whole lot different than taking a different position player with Red Flags.

do you believe Bray is a better talent than Ryan Mallett?

Right but how has that worked out for Tebow as an NFL QB?

Bray's not stealing cars or punching old ladies in the neck. The dude is immature and needed better coaching. He'll get plenty of good coaching in the NFL. Maybe not though, maybe he doesn't care enough and ends up selling insurance. No one knows.

And Bray would have won plenty last fall if Dooley didn't hire Sunseri. Not Bray's fault UT had the worst defense in school history. He did lead an offense that put up 41 on UGA. If Wilcox stuck around UT would have won 9+ in '12.

I still think Bray's attitude and the way he has bad form (not stepping into the throw) under pressure, and doesn't make his best throws under pressure will hurt his draft stock, even if he kills it at the combine. I think he drops to the 3rd round, but that is my opinion.

Bray has never had open issues with drugs, and that QB class was much stronger. I think Mallett would have had a shot at the first round if he came out this year just like Bray does.

Plus, with the new CBA missing at QB isn't nearly as financially devastating as it was when Mallett was drafted.

Worth a like and a bump. Personally I would like to see Tyler go as a 1st rounder and go on to be very successful in the NFL. And put up record numbers against Dallas every time he plays them.

The kid went through what, 2 coaching changes,,2 staff upheavals, a broken thumb, no running game one year and no defense the next year, a narcissist as a head coach, red dog-orange dog, Jantzen and DaRick being booted, a psycho fan base - but still managed one of the most prolific offenses UT has ever fielded. Yet you have the stones to call him immature. Give the kid a break. I think he will represent UT proudly despite all the crap tossed his way.
