I've tried those. My Fitness Pal, live strong etc. I hate having to enter data in. I like the Nike+ running app bc you just hit start run and go. It logs all the data.

I personally don't use any supplements anymore. I get everything I need through my food but I did use protein powder for a long time. I just finally cut out everything processed so all of that stuff had to go. :/
