Try E-Cigs. Lots of different brands and flavors without all the bad chemicals. Still get some nicotine, but way better than the real cigs. Check them out. Just trying to help out my fellow Zoners.

I'm really not a smoker. I like to have a few when I'm drinking though. My bad habit that I need to quit is dipping. I've been doing that for 30 years.

One thing that helped me change "need to" to "want to" is calculating how much money per year I was spending on tobacco. That extra 5 grand comes in handy. At today's prices it would be 10 grand.
