'13 AL RB Johnathan Ford (no longer a Vandy commit)

now that we know Ford is in Auburn on an UOV....how do you feel about starting this thread now?

Where are you getting this? I have seen no confirmation on this.. Of course I have been nodding in and out the last hour..

For some of you the closer it gets to NSD you couldn't get a pin up your ass with a jack hammer... :)

Even if we miss on those guys we could still close with Bell, Levenberry, and Dobbs. That would still be a huge finish.

I think Lawson and Bellamy would have been just what Tenn needed to swing a couple of games next season. Our defensive line is the weakest link on the team and its only going to get worse after next season. However levenberry and miller would at least fill another position of need. Just got too excited over the possibility of something going our way for once.

I hear ya man. A finish with Lawson would be the most exciting signing day I can remember.

It's sooo frustrating how we can't land a big time RB.

I know coach Graham is a really good recruiter and we've been in multiple guys top 2, but why can't we freaking get one?

As weird as it sounds, I think we had Green if Dooley would have stayed. Hubbs even mentioned that he had planned to be an EE at UT.

Per @Bmatt247 , UT RB target Johnathan "Rudy" Ford is visiting Auburn today. Likely not good for Vols' chances.

We just need to haul in a couple of studs in 2014 and we will be fine. It's not certain that even Green would have started over Neal and Lane.

Maybe Ford went to recruit Lawson. Kid's gotta wait till signing day anyways, might as well spend the weekend helping your new team get another big add.

If I am wrong, then he lied to the coaches. Just sharing what has been said.

Derrick Green told The coaches he would be a VOL several times...

If the kid doesn't want to come whatcha going to do? Ultimately it's their decision. All I know is that the players that we sign on NSD WANT to be at Tennessee. I say lets rally around them and get this ship turned around.
