'13 AL RB Johnathan Ford (no longer a Vandy commit)

K, not back tracking or changing my statements. I am stating the facts. He was committed to Vandy and is no longer. He informed the AU coaches that he was going to sign with them after being offered. Now, recently he has informed the UT coaches that he is coming. I can only share what is told to them. If you don't like it, don't read it.

Ford will be a Vol is bold. I heard from a booster that heard from a coach that heard from Ford that he'll be a Vol isn't.

I'm not here to troll. I'm here to give you the AU side on the multiple recruits that both teams are going for. You know, because as you guys may be unaware, Tennessee isn't the only side that has its "story".

Auburn feels strongly about Ford and Barber's last-minute official visit (which his HS coach didn't even know about last night) has many believing that he's probably going to end up at Auburn too.

Cool. This site is filled with people that get together to discuss their shared views as well. I wonder if that means their views are worthy of our consideration.

Could very well turn out to be a great class. Much better than I was imagining. :crossfingers: :crossfingers: :crossfingers: :crossfingers: :crossfingers: :crossfingers:

I truly believe it will be a great class, im so impressed with this staff, but im greedy. I want Lawson too!!

Just like D Green. Hope we win this time.

And Gabe Wright, and DJ Humphries, and the Virginia DL that signed with Bama, and the Kentucky LB that signed with USC, etc, etc.

I know different staffs right? Even Fulmer had a few of these, going back to the Chambers kid that signed with UF. It happens to everybody from time to time, but when your program is down, you almost always lose these.

Vols can't afford to play the same game AU plays, so they're at a disadvantage. Only hope is AU gets another RB commit of similar quality and decide not to take Ford. If the family makes the call there's probably a good reason for it.

Yay. It's metafour. You come here to talk about your v traps and excellent European lineage? Or you want to be a big boy and talk real football. I mean how much can you know if you're Canadian?

Thread title: "Ford will be a Vol on NSD"

Backpeddaling? CYA? JC Shurburtt?

Good grief, think you might be over analyzing his statement just a wee bit...

I guess some of you need the exact time of his commitment, the coaches name (exact spelling) age and hair color that he committed to, exact time his LOI will arrive at recruiting office on NSD, what he will be wearing when he sends the fax, what he will be wearing when he makes his official commitment on NSD and oh yea, an advance copy of his commitment speech....

Dayummm, chill....

That was for 2 players:rock:

between the double dribble comments and Contra post I am beginning to get the urge again to break out the nest super new and oh yes the Turbo graffix.

super Mario 2 greatest game ever by the way.

Game. Set. Match. “@Niebuhr247: RT @bmatt247: RB Jonathan Ford unofficially visiting Auburn tday along with a number of commits #SigningDay (VIP) http://t.co/L6vBsrtc”

Yep looks like our big NSD finish isn't likely to happen. No Bellamy, Lawson, or ford but Bell is our last surprise at this point. I'm ready to see the 14 class come together.

Even if we miss on those guys we could still close with Bell, Levenberry, and Dobbs. That would still be a huge finish.
