The Kimbrow who could barely get on the field outside of returning kicks because he refused to study the 'super complicated' Vanderbilt playbook? UT knew what they would be getting with him and passed. So far all we have seen is confirmation of that choice. Not the feeling of a mistake.

I noticed a rivals article that said Ford had a "great" visit. Anyone have any quotea or can summarize the article?

I see no comparison. Ford is a true every down running back not a "scat back". In the last interview I saw with him he said he was between 195-200. I don't know where Kimbrow is now but he was lucky to be 165 last year. Kimbrow is much faster then Ford but not an every down type back.

kimbrow had 400 yds 3 TD's this yr not great but far from couldnt get on the field other then kick returns

it seems you guys obviously going the speed route atleast what i keep seeing so i thought kimbrow would be a good fit id be willing to bet butch would be going after him HARD if he were here last yr

Apparently his parents loved the trip and liked the campus and facilities better than Vandy. This one will be one to watch very close.
