There are some people that run so fast, I'm amazed they don't hurt their ankles.

I haven't done a lot of trail runs but when I first started doing them I turned my ankle a couple of times really bad. Once you do a couple of runs your ankles get stronger and it's not as easy to do it. I love trail running because it's physical and mental. You have to be paying attention to where you are going or you could get hurt in a hurry.
