'13 JUCO DT Ben Bradley (Auburn commmit)

I believe Nebraska is one of four programs over the last five years to win at least 9 games, pretty successful if you ask me.

Good for them! They still get thrashed by Wisconsin every year. Only going to get harder with Ohio State (and Michigan sort-of) emerging. Although, like I said in my one post, Tennessee the last few years makes Nebraska look enviable. A real shame, because Nebraska is not a good football team; just mediocre.

Nebraska did beat Wisconsin earlier this year. Yes, I know WI beat them in the title game.

2 guys recruiting him are gone and he's tempted to stay in the midwest, where he already plays?

Shocked

This. Add in having a decent shot at going to the Rose Bowl.

It's hard to fathom how posters can't figure out why UT is not a top choice for good players any more. The doofus that got his soft commitment is gone after 3 crappy losing seasons and he is a clueless as the rest of us as to what CBJ brings to the table. Or he can go to a winning program like Nebraska as well as stay closer at Mizzou and play for coaches that have been around for longer than 5 minutes.

I feel better seeing MZ Terry posts. However, I believe Bradley actually mentioned after not signing with UT last week, Neb had contacted him and he really gave him alot to think about and was going to talk to his family about it ect.............. He did not name them as a leader but did not commit to us yet either. I think it was Rivals who contacted him. They removed the soft verbal to uncommitted after convo they had with him So, yes love the message boards.

Love MZ Terry more and she has given me hope tonight that we still are hanging in there with Mr. Bradley.

A Nubs fan on another board said that Nebraska is not as interested in Toby Johnson as they are in Bradley. Just repeating what some Nebraska recruiting followers are saying.

Probably because of TJ's injury. If i'm not mistaken Hubbs said the new UT staff is also not interested in TJ because of his injury.

Since he is not going to EE the longer this goes on the better. He may just have questions about the new staff and wants to make sure hes comfortable with them. I think the kid is all Vol just needs to get to his happy place before he puts pen to paper.

Its strange rivals shows him decommited but all the other sites show him committed I guess rivals jumped the gun.

I thought he was taking a winter class to still be an EE??

yeah i thought Bradley was still planning on being a EE and De'Vondre Campbell is the one that decided to wait until summer?

Just from the info I get I think Ben is ready to be a Vol but waiting on the academics to work out. I do think he is working on a backup option in case it doesn't work out. JMO

That would make sense. Losing out on talent like this for academic reasons hurts. Especially if he gets into a school like Nebraska.

Hopefully it gets worked out and he's a Vol.
