It doesn't say that to me at all. Jones has been trying to get TN to notice him for weeks and we haven't paid him any attention.
A little scared we are in a position to be publicly turned down by Louisvilles coach, but if I were a betting man I would bet we will be talking about Coach Strong for a long time. I think they got him this evening and will find out for sure tomorrow morning.
Don't feel bad yet... we still have no idea how this plane is gonna land.
I know we are not looking at Jones. UL very well could have been IF their job opened up. That is what I was saying. Jones was waiting to take the CU job until he saw what Strong was doing.

That's his choice. He may not want a job, but if someone else was interested, don't you think in 5 years we would have heard about? No one wants Fulmer as a head coach.
I appreciate what he did as the head coach, but his time has passed.

I have not been down on Hart and anyone can check my posts to see if I am telling the truth but I got to say that Hart is playing this a little to close to the vest. When Arkansas, Kentucky, and Auburn can find a coach before TN then there are some issues.
I just feel at this point that Hart should give a little explanation to the ticket buyers on what is going on with the program and coaching search.
Too many missed opportunities and the natives on Rocky Top are beyond irate.
Why in the world would he be looking at UL if Strong leaves? He is the current coach at Cincy and recruiting in Ohio has got to be WAY easier than recruiting UL. Yes UL is going to the ACC but they will still be UL and he would basically be starting all over. If he stayed at Cincy he would have a much easier time continuing his success and landing a much better job than UL in a couple of years.
