I am living in Bizzaroworld. No freaking way the UTAD jets off with Gruden-size money bags to beg the Louisville coach to change his mind and come coach the Vols. The world turned upside down 16 days before schedule.

I'm at the stage where it doesn't matter to me how long we wait for a head coach, as long as its the right guy. If Gruden doesn't come and we go after a fired NFL coach and it's the right guy, than its worth it IMO.

I agree with this, but I am questioning Hart's ability to get the right guy....wanna be wrong

So if the Raiders have a Coach... and their Coach is away tending to his family because his father (i think it was his father) passed away.. Why in the world would they make a major offer to Gruden? Is that not completely disrespectful to their current, active coach? I'm just not buying that... :hmm:

I'd really, really love to be wrong. I just don't see how we could wait this long to hire Gruden, and waste all this time.

Better pray it's Gruden, because it's going to be a lot worse if Fedora and Strong deny us too.

The only way it makes sny sense at all, is what Lex has said all along..... we are on Gruden time... he is calling the shots as to when it will be announced per his present contract issues... At least that is my hope
