Just like Sumlin's offense would not work in the SEC right?

Yeah, I think there's a serious misunderstanding about what Okie State actually does. When you have Weeden and Blackmon of course you're going to throw it. They've always had good backs like Hunter and Randle.

If Gundy doesnt take the job, UT should look at Mario Cristobal at least as an option. He had a bad year this year but he has been very good at FIU the last few years, 2 straight bowl appearances. He pretty much build that new program. He would have ties to the state of FLA for recruiting which would be big.

Not big on that, but FIU deserves to suck for the next decade for firing him. I honestly don't know if I've seen a more inexcusable fire recently.

Not sure what FIU was thinking..who really wants that job? MC had back 2 back winning season before this year. Gruden to FIU

Time to call out the MOAB(Mother of All Bombs), Butch Davis. If not him, then use the nuclear option and hire Petrino.

Hiring a coach that FIU fired? Oh god.

If Hart gets turned down by Strong & Gundy (and/or others) & then turns to Gruden there's no way I see JG accepting not being the first offer....unless he was #1 this whole time.

+1

Okie State this year was playing a backup QB and ended up passing for 3700 yards and rushing for 2400. Their offense would do just fine in the SEC.

Forde came out early this morning and corrected his report a little bit. I still think Strong comes based on how certain skeeter and others were (including LWS).

Well with the media somewhat quiet at present, maybe the timeline is linked to players' meeting in Louisville late this afternoon.
