Being an OC requires knowledge on the offensive side of the ball. I don't think Dooley would make a good OC or DC. He has a better shot at being a HC than a coordinator.

It's hard to say he's been wrong... Honestly no one knows. There's so much smokescreen stuff happening all across the country regarding coaching searches. As long as I've been following stuff, I've never known Higdon to be wrong regarding Strong. He broke Strong leaving Florida, he broke recruits committing to Strong, his source has long been known to be Strong. So either the media was wrong or Strong told Higdon to lie...

Realistically, I'm sure Hart said keep quiet till Wednesday because of Fulmer, but I can't help the uneasy feeling born from 5 years of a cursed football program.

If Strong wants to coach in the SEC, I have a hard time thinking he'd turn us down. USCe just extended Spurrier to 2017, Muschamp likely stays at Florida for a while, UGA may be open but Smart is likely their pick...not sure if any other SEC job will be open in the near future, and none as attractive as UT. I can't see Strong wanting to stay at Loisville for 4 to 5 more years. JMO.

I don't see him turning us down. I could see us in a bidding war over him that is entirely not worthwhile. Now that the leak is out if Louisville is serious about keeping him and does go higher we might be forced too go higher than we'd otherwise like.

It is not hard to say hes wrong when He said 'Charlie had not even so much as spoke with Tennessee' just a couple days ago.

that was DEAD WRONG. and he kept insisting he was right.

Higdon has been and will always be an awesome guy on recruiting but he is not 100% correct

I dont care if he was told to tell blatant lies, he was blatantly wrong.

He, as of today, said we had not talked to Strong. WAY OFF! I don't know if he is coming, but he's been off.
