I think this thing can go either way.
We are at a sh!t or get off the pot moment. If Gru doesn't sign they will pull the trigger on Strong.

From what I heard today I can honestly say UT did everything they could to land Gru. They've met every demand. If Gru is not the coach it's because he doesn't want to be here.

I've been lead to believe that a final decision will be in tomorrow.
If it's Gru there won't be an announcement for a while. If he said no plan B could be announced as early as tomorrow. Likely Thursday.
