Why do I do this to myself, I could of avoided lots of stress and emotional turmoil if I would of just stayed out of this thread after my last post. I still have 0 idea of what to expect but I will chip in my ante and lets see the flop.

Even if it was a total delusion, this entire Drama is better then LOST, Dallas, Twin Peaks, and Chapelle all rolled into one. That Hargis is sticking by it makes it just down right epic that there is clearly stuff going on no matter what ESPN and Lemonte say....but clearly less then many here said.

He posted a couple of times in cliff notes, don't know if reliable or "troll", but as I said that list is very long for there not to be something going on with Gruden to Tennessee even if a couple were "trolls".

I started to post this about 5 times today. Totally agree. If he were truly out, for sure, it's inconceivable to me he wouldn't have said something like this.

But, he has still said NOTHING! Did you read the article from the KNS. That whole article makes no sense.

Why does Hart call someone he has never spoken to to confirm he doesn't want to speak to him? No one else finds that odd.

I was under the impression that the real big $ folks who get to listen in on the weekly call with the AD if they wish are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

I will say his comments were kind of odd. He was caught off guard for sure. I try not to read too much into those things but it was a bit off. Who knows...

Explain to me how you think that applies here? No sarcasm intended, I just don't follow what you mean ultimately.

Just corroborating that my better judgment and understanding led me to believe that 99% of what I've read on this subject as it pertains to boosters reeked of baloney but I kind of allowed myself to get caught up in it. Still hopeful, but my guard is back up.

Gruden or no Gruden, I feel like this AD and to some extent the Gruden camp has compeletly pi$$ed on this fanbase. I am angry with the way this has come about. I don't know how other feel, but I feel like the parties involved have no regard to the fans here. I know college football is big business now, but hell fire, have a little respect for our feelings in this. Rant over!

On this part I would disagree....loose lips ALWAYS exist, keeping anything a secret is damn hard, more so when it's something considered non serious like sports.... The only way to really keep a secret at UT, is to keep it between you and one other person, and wack him in the back of head as soon as opportunity presents...

Hell you can't even get Navy Seals today to keep their mouth shut today.....few people know how to stay on the square...

Also several boosters in question tend to be braggerts..... I just want to know a little more on what we do know and who can be verified of saying something and when....

I actually agree. You can't totally stop leaks, but they don't exist so widely as they apparently do during every one of our coaching searches (the proof is that our information is rarely correct). Even when information is passed down, it is unwittingly/intentionally changed, modified and adapted at each retelling.

What I think is that there is a much more minor leak than our sources would suggest, and the majority of the information is second or third hand originating at those sources. That would explain why so many have information that tends to agree with our insiders, but seems to totally disagree with what major media outlets have. Major media outlets usually have to verify a story through independent sources, by the way.

It just all confuses me. I want to believe...
