If true, imagine how stupid that is to say. An AD who has been here for 13 months and who some believe is a bammer mole is bowing up against the coach that approximately 98.75% of the fan base wants?

makes no sense if true, unless Hart has enough money to buy approximately 95% of the remaining season tickets himself.

My name is volmaster14 and I approve and agree with this message! You ain't goin nowhere Doyle. Gruden may be done but this thread is home. For now anyway.

Why would Gruden remove himself as a candidate if the whole thing was straight out of fantasyland? I beleive Gruden was at the table. He may or may not be willing to give further consideration, although it appears the chances are very slim.

I say that a slim shot at Gruden is better than an acceptance from just about anyone else on any list I've seen with the sole exceptions of Stoops and Patterson.

If true about Hart resigning, don't let the door hit him on the way out, and make sure he sucks Saban's **** first when he gets back to Bama.

Kudos to the architects of the most epic troll job in the history of the internet! I was even starting to believe near the end! Media was basing stories off of what was posted here and on TOS. How amazing is that?! Thanks for spicing up what seems to be an otherwise bland coaching search. Maybe we can do it again, when the next coaching search comes along!

Rough day. But if I believed everything that was said through the press, I would currently believe:
- Meyer retired from coaching for the good of his "health and family".
- Saban was fired at his Miami job for repeated losing seasons because he passed on Bama.
- Tony Sparano is stilll coaching Miami Dolphins.
- Jack Del Rio is still coaching the Jags.

I have no idea what will happen in the coming days. What I do know is this: Never doubt the Volunteer's heart; even if you doubt the Volunteer's Hart.
