Guys I said it earlier in a post and I will say it again. Collectively we as a fan base put on a pair of shorts that were too short 3 weeks ago for Jon Gruden. The media has now pointed out that the tip is hanging out. I hope Hart can tuck that sucker back in......

Sorry it did not go well. I was with you. Scratching my head. We got us a rogue AD or he's playing poker. Time will tell. I sure would like to know the rest of the story when it is out. Thanks for trying

Well, just thought I would drop by and say that I am officially done with the the Gruden roller coaster. Thanks to the OGs ( you know who you are) for making a dismal season at least a little exciting. I hope that we make it through the darkness but with the names being thrown around my optimism is at an all time low. Despite what the venom spewing horde says I will forever be grateful to these threads for nothing more than the friends I made here. Anyway, we had a good run and to the idiots calling out people, thanks for proving me right when I said to some it is more important to be right on a message board than it is to have a relevant football program.

To you I say,"***** you!

Had a lot going on today and haven't been on. Been checking in though.

Does it seem fishy to anyone else that LaMonte denied any Gruden interest at all when the TFP says actually numbers were discussed? I hate to buy into the smokescreen stuff because at this point it's out of control, or seems to be. But you have to wonder.. something isn't entirely right here..

I didn't read all the thread to see if anyone replied but I was wondering the exact same thing. Maybe this is the official public rejection like Saban and Meyer pulled with UA and OSU. I guess we will see soon enough.

Hey guys just overhearing some people at the gym talking about Hart sayin hew would resign if we forced the Gruden situation... No clue if this is true, im not even part of the convo, just posting what I'm overhearing. Any truth to this?

Aside from that, the article in TFP this morning is as factual as you're gonna get right now. An actual journalist/reporter wrote it, not a "media personality" that sells clicks and subscriptions.

I read that as well and my stomach turned. Brice also made a statement yesterday; "I don't expect Gruden to be named at UT, and if Gruden is named at Ut, then I would say that is wasn't the choice of the person or people hired to make these choices."

I took from that comment that we can have Gruden but Hart doesn't want him and is bucking the boosters. Makes sense and lines-up with what people like yay4bray are saying. Only at TN boys, only at TN.
