do you host the server yourself? If you don't have any experience with it I would definitely recommend Amazon's web services. You can get a server up and running in literally 30 minutes to help with load. It's pretty sweet.

I like to think my sanity is a function of how many hours of sleep I've had over how much work I need to get done. Which means it is quickly approaching zero.

No. I don't host it myself. It's a managed commercial server.

You can narrow it down to the ISP's hub. After that you have to get the information from the ISP themselves. That's how copyright holders get your info when you download things illegally.
