I heard that Gruden was going to the Browns about 3/4 weeks ago, so I think that was out there. I imagine that was put into some discussion, but ultimately proved impractical to put it in a contract. Still, odd that this was the first story that breaks.

If this is really happening, I will personally go to Every Gay-Turd, Bammer, Puppy, and Kitty Fan at work and sing Rocky Top in their faces and tell them to get used to it.

Oh sorry. Thought I had told this but…

I was told in no uncertain terms at 10p by two different folks that the deal was dead. Now, I was suspicious, because these were coming from the same "areas" that had been "done deal" all along, gave us the whole back story about when this all began, money, etc.

I mean, if you want to know why the OGs have been so confident, it is because we (at least I was) were being told IT WAS DONE. HE IS COMING. That started over a month ago.

See my point? Maybe i got some bad intel, i don't know…but the timing is crazy. Esp with all these rumors about Hart and what not.

No, they reported about a part of the Browns ownership being in the contract for Grudem.

The question is, really, how many other sources were still telling you it was done when the other 2 were saying there was a holdup?

Maybe it is dead and the info in this article is from earlier in the day.
