I posted that a page or so back. That makes fedora look really good to me and reminds me a lot of Arkansas this year. If he has bobby p coaching skills without the baggage I could get behind that hire

Fedora is a rising star. With the academic scandal going on at UNC, he could also get out with it being embarrassing for any parties involved.

Here's what bug's me about all of this. Everyday start's with some inside source saying 'we will hear something today' and each night end's with 'my source is saying tomorrow'. I'm not being negative, i have read alot on here for over a year and never posted until all of this stuff. Am I the only UT fan without a 'never wrong' source?? I mean no disrespect, I don't know any of you, but can't help but doubt some because each day their info fall's thru?? Just wondering.

This ****'s getting old!

I remember following the Saban hiring and watching all of the fans that were at the airport in Tuscaloosa to greet Saban when he arrived. It was a pretty awesome sight.

I want that for us but with each day that goes by it just looks more likely we are going to end up with a no name coach again. How did our program with such rich football tradition get to this point?

True. Remember though my guys were the last to come around to Gru and I have always advocated Strong.

I just post what they say. I should probably just keep it to myself.

Do you think today's ACC news hurts our shot at getting strong to leave if we want to go that route??

He is my second choice and its very close to gruden

A joke in poor taste. People don't find it funny. Get better jokes.

1) 18 year olds don't care what Desmond Howard did at UM 21 years ago. Also, Hoke isn't even a UM grad.

2) 18 year olds 5* recruits don't care about D2 titles.

3) 18 year olds don't care about how much money a schools spends on their recruiting budget.

And a top 20 recruiting class with sanctions after a pretty embarrassing scandal and he recruited well at USM. Plus he is highly energetic and tireless worker. You are just guessing right now.

Dude, Al Golden here at UT would be a disaster, period. He wouldn't unite the fanbase, his name doesn't carry enough weight in recruiting, and he's only been successful at Temple in one season, while in the MAC. You're smarter than this.

Golden is by no means a slam dunk.

I personally think he will do well here. I'm not sure if he could consistently win championships. I could see him being Tuberville. That's good, but eventually won't be enough.

I could handle Fedora, maybe. Fisher and Patterson would be wonderful fall back options if we miss. Maybe Gundy. But I just can't get behind Golden. He seems more Houston Nutt than Tommy Tubberville.

A disaster is Derek Dooley.

Al Golden, while not Nick Saban by any means, isn't Derek Dooley.

Funny thing is it took only one person to throw Tennessee back nearly 100 years ... Hamilton

I mean, say what you like about the tenants of National Socialism, Dude, but at least its an ethos....

Honest question. What has Fisher proved he can do that Larry Fedora can't?

I don't get the Fisher love...at all.
