Only way Hubbs gets a statement would be the UTAD has set this up and facilitated the contact. Otherwise there's not a chance in hell they would answer his call.

I'm not sure how the Knoxville airport works, but in Atlanta the rental companies will run out of the nice cars quite often. No reservation on most days of the week = crossing fingers for a half-decent car/car at all. .... You don't hold escalades in the back in the off chance the King of Humankind shows up.
