I am a club fitter actually. Fitting does take strokes off your game big time. But seriously wait until January when all the new irons come out. You'll be happier you did. (Callaway new forged are sick!!)

If I had time I'd tell you my story but let's just say I went into the fitting thinking I knew what I wanted, and came out of it shocked at what I got! I already ordered my sticks but my fitter and coach are both Calloway Staffers.. I'm a Titleist guy myself.

Yep, if it's not Gruden then he is just going to have money for the budget hire. He want have money folks helping out for any of those.

He was announced on the next day after this media leak, November 28th, which was not the planned date. This circumstance at UT is different, only Hart and very few people have a clue what is going on, and the media can't seem to even get a whisper, Gruden or not.

I believe you are correct. The people making these decisions are smart and they don't do this without thinking. I would think this has been planned for a while.

It isn't a small production putting this together if we do it right. Friday by far makes more sense than any midweek announcement. Still want to see a source other than Ainge outside the OG's who says Friday.

Nobody has denied interest in UT specifically. They all say they are happy at their jobs. Its coach speak.

That even though it is a huge splash hire, an announcement today would make it through ESPN for a couple days and still be talked about a lot, but if you Announced on Friday, there's conference championships, GameDay on Friday/Saturday and it would be breaking news on those days, and be all over the TV plus being discussed.
