This is a state job however.

Yea I think TVA needs to look a little more closely at their HR training. Teach them the difference in state vs federal. Hopefully he still has a job.

Last I knew TN was a state in which they someone could be fired at any time for any thing, would only make sense if hiring was the same way. I do not KNOW this. JMO.
